I come from an eclectic therapeutic background and thus, sprinkle a little bit of different approaches in my sessions. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy so it's very important for me to meet each person where they're at.
Some of the most common approaches I utilize are Strengths-Based Perspective, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Therapeutic focus:
Addiction
Anxiety
Coping Skills

Relationships
Self Esteem
Full disclosure: The thing about therapy is that not every therapist is the right fit for what concerns you may be facing and that’s okay. While we may have experience supporting a variety of issues, there may be a better fit who has more experience and training. I’m not going to be the best fit for trauma counseling or eating disorder counseling. I do however have some great referrals for therapists who are highly trained and skilled at supporting individuals experiencing both of those challenges.
