Helping women heal and thrive
Therapy is a space for connection, understanding, and growth- a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feel stuck, therapy offers the opportunity to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration because I believe the best work happens when we feel truly understood. Together we can build on your strengths and help create the life and relationships you want.

"Hello, I'm Jess!
I’m so glad you're here. Seeking out help can be such an intimidating process- I know, I’ve been there before. I help women navigate anxiety's relationship challenges, and the complexities of motherhood with warmth, empathy, and practical tools. Together, we’ll tap into your strengths and create meaningful change so you can feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
How it Works
Navigate Your Path
to Healing
01
Initial Consultation
Think of this as our first date. We’ll chat for a bit and you can share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy while also asking me any questions you may have about the process. If things seem like a good fit, we can schedule our intake session and make things official.
02
Intake Session
This 70 minute session is a chance for us to go through your personal history, current experiences, and goals for working together. During this time, we’ll create a treatment plan which will act as our roadmap to healing.
03
Regular Sessions
Once your plan is set, we'll arrange consistent sessions to support your progress. I recommend weekly sessions to start and then we’ll have the ability to explore bi-weekly or even monthly sessions.
04
Progress Evaluation and
Adjustments
Throughout your journey, we'll conduct regular evaluations to assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. I’m a firm believer in setting small, attainable goals to start. Big goals are great, but transformative change is also made up in lots of little healthy decisions.
